Landlines

​

In nature based work, this started  an intuitive need to work with collage and assembled parts continued from Previous Work, particularly Gallery 12, City Lines and Gallery 15, Gridlines & Demarcation.

 

Whilst working with current themes, retrospectively, Landlines formed a bridge between the past and present and so belongs in Recent Work. This can be seen in part chronologically, but having returned to this working recently, it is foremost the bridge between the urban and manmade and the rural, by the imagery being more focused on scenes, and, as it develops, this imagery depicts more naturalistic themes.
